Help
Start with your route and load description. You can fill in the form before signing in; a draft is saved on this device. Publishing requires an account and any checks required for your role. Choose a separate customer, private-carrier or business profile.
Select cities or addresses from suggestions and enter dates, weight, dimensions and suitable transport. Check units and currency. For available transport, enter the space and carrying capacity you can offer, not the vehicle’s own weight. Keep passwords and unnecessary personal data out of descriptions.
Use the load, transport and participant filters. Agree the price, loading arrangements, timing and responsibilities in messages before the trip. Contact access and some actions depend on your role, verification and access level.
Manage listings in your account. Pause or close an offer that is no longer available. Closed is a listing status, not proof of delivery. Use Report if you notice a possible violation.
Account and guest draft
Use private customer to send belongings, private carrier to offer transport yourself, or the appropriate business role. Set country, language and currency separately. A guest draft stays in this browser on this device. After signing in, check the restored fields and image and confirm the saved listing in your account; closing the form alone does not prove publication.
Addresses, loading and vehicle capacity
Check the country of an address suggestion or choose a precise map point. Put stops in travel order. Mention stairs, parking and lifting help: kerbside delivery is not carrying furniture upstairs. Enter cargo weight, or remaining payload for a transport offer, not vehicle mass. Remember that 500 kg is 0.5 tonnes and give packed dimensions.
Agree the complete price
Filter by route, date and vehicle, then inspect the participant profile. Confirm the actual carrier and whether packing, loading, waiting and unloading are included. Record the sum, currency, VAT treatment and payment timing. Account currency does not convert other people’s prices. Keep important terms in writing and avoid payment details received in suspicious messages.
A practical cost example
At 200 km, 8 L/100 km and 6 PLN/L, fuel costs 96 PLN. Adding 20 PLN of tolls and 30 PLN of other costs gives 146 PLN. Use one currency. Google Maps opens the entered route but does not import mileage; automatic in-site routing needs a provider and is not a truck-restriction check.
When something goes wrong
Check field errors before retrying and preserve unsaved text before refreshing a conflicting edit. Repeated clicks do not speed up saving. Verify your email spelling and keyboard layout at sign-in. Recovery exists, but real email delivery is not yet configured. Use Report with a listing reference and facts; never send passwords or login codes to participants or TEST users.
