Platform rules. This page explains the current service; the final legal terms and operator details are awaiting approval. No fictitious company details are presented here.
Provide accurate information about your role, load and vehicle. Do not present a private carrier as a company. Publish only current offers you are entitled to post. Do not publish prohibited goods, other people’s personal data or misleading information.
cargoteca.eu provides search and communication tools. Participants separately agree the transport contract, price, documents, payment and responsibilities. Route and cost calculations are estimates. Closing a listing does not confirm performance of a contract.
The price and access period must be displayed before payment. Live payments are disabled during preparation. Full sales, refund and complaint terms will be published once seller details are approved. These explanations do not limit mandatory user rights.
A listing is not the transport contract
Parties must separately agree the service, price, timing, documents and responsibility for loading, waiting, damage and cancellation. The platform does not promise a vehicle, payment or another participant’s performance. Publish genuine current offers, not misleading duplicates, and verify permits and insurance for specialist loads. TEST profiles are demonstrations rather than genuine counterparties. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Access and launch programme
Freight charges are separate from platform access. Free access and paid periods of 1, 6 and 12 months are provided for. Eligible companies and private carriers registering in the first 180 days of launch can receive six calendar months of full access after the required checks and activation. This is not unconditional access for every account or a promise of permanent free service.
Payments, estimates and disputes
Live payments remain disabled pending seller details, final prices, currencies, tax and refund conditions. Preferred currency does not guarantee Przelewy24 support or conversion. Check translations against originals; maps do not certify truck or ADR suitability. Closing an advert is not delivery evidence. Reporting and any appeal process do not replace court proceedings, insurance claims or debt recovery.
